Beijing CREAT's First Phase of New Employee Induction Training for the Marketing Department in 2021

In order to let new employees fully understand the company's situation, learn about the company's culture, quickly integrate into the work environment, and adapt to the requirements of new positions. From May 24-28, Beijing CREAT Marketing System held the first phase of new employee Induction Training in 2021. 



CREAT Shandong Branch Manager and East China Region Sales Manager shared with the new employees about the development of CREAT, the corporate culture, sales vision and skills, as well as the CREAT spirit and Enterprise Talent. Afterwards, various lecturers gave detailed explanations on courses such as "Office Operating System, Staff Management System Standardization, Order Execution and Bidding".


On May 26, the Sales Manager and the new employees went to the Huairou production base (Beijing) and visited the Plants of indicators, fault location system, power distribution terminal and other products. At the same time, everyone actively asked questions and spoke. From theoretical courses to on-site learning in the production workshop, the trainees have personally felt the advantages of CREAT's products and the mechanization, modernization, process and integration of the production workshop.


On the afternoon of May 28th, the intense and substantial training is coming to an end. After 5 days of training and in-class exams, 4 trainees from North China Region, South China Region and Wuhan Branch won the outstanding employee respectively, Chairman Zhang Xinyu awarded certificates and awards to the four winners.



On May 29th, the Team Building Activity was carried out in Yanqi Lake, including Yanqi Lake cycling and boardwalk climbing. The first phase of new employee induction training in 2021 was successfully concluded.
